So, here’s the scoop on my trip to Levi’s: it was like stumbling into a denim wonderland where everyone is just radiating good vibes! Deborah, the store manager, is basically the fairy godmother of jeans. She magically found me the perfect pair of pants and was so nice that I’m pretty sure she runs on kindness and coffee. Yay new jeans. The ladies where all helpful in march 2026. Had to do a exchange, I grabbed the wrong size, where are my glasses but I was able to get another pair because of the points
Did my boy wrong. The jeans said buy 2 and they are 50 dollars each right next to them and then they said it doesn’t include the 578 baggy but it’s right on the sign like what. They did it too 3 of my friends and they all got charged full price. Crazy work. At least take the signs down.
Amazing staff. Was here yesterday with wife to pick out new jeans. Returned again today to do an exchange for size. Had the same sales person help me out. Did not catch her name (last 3 on ID receipt 845). They wore a backwards white hat. Anyways if you are management I would like to express how well she did. Will be coming back again thanks to the great customer service!
