I had online purchase which they sent me the wrong product, which we totally had a laugh about. The return process was simple and respected the best point of Customer Service that I’ve had a long time. Skyler was just so welcoming and made the return process seamless. Customer Service that it’s most welcome and finest.
Una de las vendedoras me atendió muy mal, muy mala actitud, entiendo que puede haber gente que no sea tan sonriente/carismatica, pero está trabajadora fue grosera, por lo que veo en otro comentario más abajo debe de ser la misma persona, mujer de unos 5’4 aproximadamente, de tez oscura, es la primera vez que me tratan así de mal en algún establecimiento de la zona, por otro lado el resto de los trabajadores muy amables, en especial un señor mayor de lentes.

Salesperson 751898 was one of the rudest, most condescending peeple I’ve ever come in contact with in the retail industry. I understand that this is a busy time of year however your customers are what keep your business going. Please replace her right away as you will business due to that type of behavior. Do better.
