The quality of the denim is poor. It's thin and creases easily. Very disappointed. Never thought I'd ever say anything negative about Levi's. Ugh!!

I was in the store Dec 31, 2025 the girls you have hired have no ambition what so ever to help anyone. This is the 2nd time at your store and the same results. I walked out. The jeans are just put on the shelf with the tags underneath were you can't find any sizes etc. They don't want to help you find anything. I walked out to your competition and found a beautiful pair of jeans where the staff were so helpful. Your loss
