The male solicitor who took over at one point was great but the initial dealing with the other solicitor was very disappointing. She got our numbers wrong in legal documentation twice and when i pointed it out she’d had a very unpleasant and arrogant attitude and could never accept she keeps making mistakes. This was last year. I just got to write this
