Stupid rules, poorly trained staff, complete squalor and full of illegal drugs. Should be closed down. Its a con. Staff offer no support when faced with a crisis, and charge more than £500 a week per resident towards "care" ( not supplied) and rent. All have expensive cars and spend most their time either chatting, eating, or smoking.
