Levelwear's products and service are fantastic. Great looks, feel, performance and trend setting. I've purchased a bunch of golf attire over the last year and have been really satisfied with everything. The entire purchase and delivery process was seamless. Highly recommended.
Ordered 2 ladies style Blue Jays tanks. Design is nice but the material is so thin that the white one I purchased is too see-through to wear. The blue one isn’t much better but will make do. They also doubled-up on the material on a 3 inch portion of the shoulders for some reason, just out of place compared to rest of the shirt. For the price, expected better quality. Star for fast shipping.
Ordered promo from Level wear like I have when ever they come out with one. Promo was two shirts, two pull overs and a nice t shirt. I received 4 pull overs. I called customer service and without hesitation they made good on their mistake. Sent me what I was missing. I’ve always wore Level wear because I love quality but also love it for customer service. Thank you Dana for your great service. I will 100% will tell 20 customers about my experience!!
I can't say enough about Levelwear's customer service. We ordered a 4-piece Jets package as a Christmas gift. The package was delivered but stolen within hours. Levelwear offered to replace the entire package. We just received the items and they are fabulous - but the care and consideration Levelwear showed was even better. I would not hesitate to recommend them or order from them again. Thank-you!
