I was first introduced to Levelwear through the home club having branded Levelwear clothes, tried it on and loved the fit and quality. Went to purchase online a few pieces and the experience was great. I had to exchange 2 items due to fit, but they were very accommodating. The new Luxe line is real nice feel considering the price, but I like their tops (shirts, jackets) the most.
I tried to get a hold of someone 4-5 a times left messages...I had a what i think is a great business opportunity to present to them...I just did a product for Jack Nicklaus...I have been afliated with a product Tiger Woods uses...Walter Gretzky was my dearest friend...This company does not even have the decency to take 60 seconds to return my call...How these companies with this type of mindset even can do business is mind boggling to me..In hindsight I am glad they didn't talk to me because this is not a company i would pa... read more
Got to be honest not super impressed. I was trying to support local but $15 in shipping for a single shirt that was not at all the colour as represented on the website - so now I need to pay for more shipping to return it. For context, I could have taken an Uber to the distro centre for less. Try and support and end up disappointed. Not Cool!
The shipping is expensive but the worst part is if it doesn’t fit and you need to return it they don’t even have return labels and it will cost you more to ship it back than the actual product is worth. Never again!!!
I purchased a few half zips from Levelwear and it was noted the product would arrive in 5-10 days. I started to panic on day 10 when nothing had arrived and I needed them for an event I was hosting. I made contact with them and they mailed the product overnight so I would have them in time. They noted it was a glitch of some sort on their end and they made it right by acknowledging the error and owning it. I will ABSOLUTELY use them again.
