Martine was my primary PT. I came into their practice with lower lumbar issues and extreme. Her patience, skill and encouragement helped move my stubborn self forward. Suggested where to get a rollator, and finally into a pool. I’m still being stubborn utilizing the pool as often as I should but do the assigned exerciss at home. I’ve attempted to contact this company three or four times about an unauthorized purchase, and they still have not replied. I would like my refund as soon as possible if I cannot receive that I will be contacting the business bureau and informing them of the problem I have had with this company
