Hunter is a great bud tender, in fact all the staff is friendly and very helpful always!! But Hunter is the best!!
Editing my review to 4 stars from 2 stars, the situation that caused my negative review has still left a sour taste in my mouth, but as of recently I’ve noticed a huge stride in the workers as a whole to provide excellent service and great hospitality, the workers are very knowledgeable people, I appreciate the service they provide and I hope to be a long time customer with them.
Horrible pick up order experience! Placed the order early so it would be ready for pickup when I got out of work order was ready before 11am! Arrived around 5pm to be told I had to wait in line in the lobby… what’s the point of a pick up order if you have to wait in the lobby in line???? There are too many dispensaries in Kalamazoo to ever come back here
