Dr. Jocelyn is patient, compassionate, encouraging, and remarkably skilled. This combination motivated me to stick with my exercises between our sessions. I looked forward to every appointment with her.
Excellent experience. Staff were extremely professional, competent, and kind. I went while I was pregnant and postpartum. I'm convinced that my childbirth experience was as smooth and positive as it was thanks to the support I received here.
From start to finish, I completely enjoyed my experience at level up. The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and delightful and were true to their word about getting back to me or forwarding messages to the therapists. The therapist and assistant therapist with whom I dealt, Jocelyn and Alex, were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, but very friendly, warm and caring. They really know their stuff, but also made every session a pleasure. I would highly recommend this practice.
