I have booked through this company multiple times and there’s a reason I keep coming back. The owner is very respectful and have great customer service. Being in the military when you get time to let your hair down these slingshots are the perfect idea and that’s why I recommend all my military family to Level Up. Great experience and has great customer service :)
This company is a scam. The address doesn’t exist. We took a Uber to the address to pick up our rental and it was a uhaul/public storage facility. He would not answer my calls nor did he respond to my email until 3 days later. They are taking money through online bookings and then ghosting. Z when he did call me I was told I’d be refunded and that they’d take down the booking feature, that this was just a misunderstanding. Well no refund and their booking app is still up on their site.
