I was visiting family in Charlotte and I came across Level Up Rent a Car. I'm used to renting from Enterprise but I wanted to try something different. I am so happy I did. They made me feel like a person listening to my needs and put me in the perfect ride. I will definitely use them again when I am in town.

I am very happy with decision to rent from the Level Up Car Rental Company. Customer service was excellent!! They answered all of my questions, and volunteered any information that they felt like I needed to know being my first time renting from them. Very professional and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be renting from them again. Catch Nickee
