I sent in an inquiry on a Thursday and never received a response, but gave grace because we were coming up on a holiday weekend. I called them on Monday and the person that answered to phone sounded suspicious and unprofessional. I could not tell if I was speaking with the actual company. I started to inquire further, but the dismissive tone and refusal to confirm they were with the company made me not want to continue. I would think twice before reaching out to this company for a luxury rental car.
