I am leaving this review based on the customer service, or lack thereof that I have received from Brian. I contacted Brian originally on April 18, 2025, to see if he could possibly treat my new home before I moved in, and he agreed to it. He stated that he could do quarterly service for me with UNLIMITED retreatments, no contract, no set up fees so I agreed. To be completely transparent I didn't hire this company. My review is based on the customer service, or lack thereof that I received when I called the number. The woman who answered the phone seemed to be going off a canned script and didn't seem to be able to pivot well when I asked questions. I was looking for an exterminator service. I have ants but I also asked about maintenence service as well. She informed me they did not do maintenence services and then asked me something that didn't make sense. Communication is horrible. Christine does not know how to listen and follow instructions. Tech is wonderful. I would not recommend due to lack of communication. I requested a complete service and got a portion of it.
