I am sorry it took me so long to finally write this review, but for real Tayler is a gem! He saved my ass (not literally, in fact my back :)), so many times! Since I travel a lot, it was very important for me to find “my” therapist. He is very skilled, precisely feels what a body needs, and last but not least - is a nice person to talk to. Thank you! I wish you had some kind of loyalty discount for those who keep coming since they don’t take proper care of their core strength 😅
I specifically booked a session here because of the Gua Sha and cupping services I saw on the level up website. Tayler was really nice, he did a great job explaining the processes while making me feel comfortable and relaxed. It’s cool that he offers electrolytes and water post massage. I left feeling so much relief, I will definitely be going back!
Best massage to date. It's obvious Tayler knows his craft and is confident in the service he provides. I appreciated the questions he asked to better understand what I was looking for, and the moment he opened up a book to review something I inquired about on the spot. Looking forward to getting more work done with Tayler throughout the year.
I see Tayler regularly and cannot recommend him enough. He is professional, knowledgeable, skilled and kind. We typically split my sessions between P-DTR and sports massage / cupping. The P-DTR is incredible for reprogramming repetitive movements that cause pain such as a desk job, sports, etc. If you've had pesky pain that keeps coming back or will not go away, give him a visit. PS. Make sure to get there a little early to find street parking.
Finding Tayler absolutely changed me for the better. I was experiencing bouts of unexplained vertigo which was ruining my quality of life and disrupting my job and pilates practice. I was recommended to "get a massage" and somehow found Tayler and his practice at Level Up. It was a game changer. Honestly, I am unable to explain to anyone what he does with his functional neurology.
