I brought my new (to me) road bike in for a tune-up and Carlos was very helpful. He even answered all of my questions about how to shift the gears when I went to pick it up 😂Very fair pricing, super kind and approachable interactions, and none of the elitism I've experienced at other bike shops in town. Highly recommend.
Helped me with my bicycles crank and tires, very fast and price is very reasonable, definitely my go to for bike questions and work!

I have been dealing with Level UP Bike Shop (Owner: Carlos Treviño) for almost 2 years now. This is an excellent business and Customer Service is Top Notch!! I have never been disappointed by Carlos and his mechanical work is superb.
