Mike was great to work with and got us a lot more money than the insurance company was originally willing to provide.
MIchael (Mike) is an awesome appraiser.. I had an issue with my insurance claim that needed an independent appraiser. After being rejected by multiple others, Mike took time to review my case and documentation , provided guidance and overall had a positive outcome.. He is a good communicator, responds on a timely basis, can take calls anytime and overall provides excellent service. I find him a valuable and im glad to have chosen him to represent me in my time of need and highly recommend him.
Mike was amazing, reliable, showed up with others did not, and always kept me informed. Especially appreciated helping me to understand all the insurance lingo.

Mike was great! He really helped us out with a bad situation. And when the insurance company came back that they would pay for our hardwood floors to be refinished, Mike was able to get them to cover the cost of a new floor. He also went back to them with some things we questioned on the payout, and was able to obtain more coverage for us. Mike is very personable and easy to work with. We would definitely use him again if ever needed.
