Went to Kobe for weight loss during April/May 2022. I would give the highest recommendation for her sessions. Kobe epitomises someone who is in their element and doing their life's work. I have tried and failed everything under the sun to try and lose weight over the past 17 years and nothing has worked. She quickly identified the root of the problem and gave me valuable tools to deal with specific issues. It was such a positive and helpful experience.
