All staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and each trainer cleans the equipment right after using. I had a shoulder replacement and made a lot of progress from level 11. They do a great job and have amazing staff! I am very thankful for all of the staff! I highly recommend level 11!
I cannot recommend Level Eleven strongly enough. All of the therapists are incredible, and Kim is AMAZING! From the moment I contacted them, I felt welcomed, heard, and truly cared for. The staff is not just good at what they do, they are highly qualified, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about their work. The entire team is fantastic! Forrest, Raneen and Chad are great at motivating me and keep me moving after a stroke. My previous review was regarding the fantastic therapists at Level 11.
