The quality that you can expect from this firm is worse than if you struggled through doing your taxes with free software. I will parrot a previous review and say that Nick is extremely unpleasant to work with. He is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He did not discuss a single aspect of our taxes with us. We even reached out several times for clarification and were met with nonsense. He waited until the day before the deadline to send us our prepared taxes and then only included the signature page.
