Masseuse answered her mobile phone during the massage. Couldn’t believe it when it rang loudly, then she answered it and spoke rudely to the customer. No apology or acknowledgement to me. Massage was sub par. Definitely not the best in any way.

The actual best Chinese massage I’ve ever had. Lydia is a great listener and applied the pressure that I prefer. She is very qualified and knowledgeable and is also a TCM practitioner! I loved the massage and will return when I’m back in Leura! Thank you for the wonderful treatment Lydia!
