Compassionate and professional - elder care attorneys that talked to my Mom, not me (sign of respect). Erin was great to work with, very good time manager.
Very friendly and accommodating. Mom was signing papers but had trouble reading them. They brought out several readers for her to try and she found a set with which she could complete the task.
