I loved this market! I was informed that all the vendors at this market strictly use no harmful chemicals in their foods. No sprays or junk in my food. This is the number one best thing about the market. Despite there being only several vendors, I witnessed what looked like exceptional quality in everyone's products. I bought some vegetables that are top-notch in taste and freshness, as well as sauerkraut. Between veggies, plants, ferments, and baked goods, the market was very well-rounded.
