We had scheduled a ride to MSP airport. I got a hold of him on Dec 27th and he said he was in an accident.I had paid him 215.00 and he has not responded to my call and cash App trying to get refunded but nope nothing yet.Anyone don’t trust this guy and don’t pay him upfront he just will take ur money. Just wish I can get my hard earn money back.Â
I wanted to believe this was a honest service that we could partner with for airport pickups, but sadly, it has proven not to be. I was coordinating a pickup from Willmar and ride to the the MSP airport for work. My credit card was charged $200 twice = $400.00. Then the plans changed and Joe couldn't do the ride for us. Poor driving and always late to pick up. Half the time he was drunk and had snippy/rude comments. Or brought other ppl with. Worst unprofessional cab service EVERÂ
