Hi Jason, I received my beach sofa last Tuesday and I’ve already told you I have a problem with the air going down on one side after six minutes. Your reply was that it is my problem and I have to fix it with a repair kit myself. You also told me it must have been put on a hard surface. Tried contacting Them By email several times no one bothered to return my emails l only used this a couple of times and it keep going down waste of £40.00 you live and lean my son bought one off eBay for £15.00 I told him he was wasting his money buying some things so cheap How wrong I was his is still going strong

Terrible customer service! Won't refund my return postage costs as agreed when I had to return a brand new faulty bag. Won't reply to my emails. Avoid!!!!

Not tested it thoroughly yet and won't until June. I did inflate once and it went down in 5 mins so hope its not a puncture.
