So I went through this place and had them file my taxes for me February 7 of this year and I still have not received my refund I’ve called. Let’s go mobile tax service multiple times I’ve emailed them multiple times. I have not gotten no updates. Can’t get a hold of anybody to find out what’s going on with my refund. They have been no help. I do not recommend anybody using this service.
Don't risk doing your taxes here first year I did and I got audited they were zero help with the protection and now this year I can't even claim my kids or EIC . Horrible place not here to help family just a collect a huge commission and leave you hanging
Omg… love this place and love Erica She is excellent and she knows exactly how to do her job I got missing a lot of stuff last year unfortunately because I didn’t know Erica!!! Highly recommend See you next year!
Have been calling the phone for over a month and haven’t got any response back from the office. I know this tax season was kind of rough with all of the verifying identification. But not answer the phone has made the process super tedious.
