Popped in here to pick up a parcel that was meant to be delivered to my house and got re-routed. Already not happy. Then I was met with the great attitude of this store Owner. I ran out of A4 for end of day printouts and he ran out the back - no worries - $10. Great! Suggested some good prices snacks. Yumm! Just nice G-Town service, with honest prices and a nice vibe. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your convenience store in Geelong. I visited the store around 4pm on 31/05/2024 and encountered several issues that I believe need to be addressed urgently. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that many products in the store did not have price tags. This lack of clear pricing is inconvenient and makes it difficult for customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
