Friendly staff, bikes were great. What a fun experience! We originally rented and then purchased e-bikes from Let’s Roll-Columbia location.
I would be appeased with the repair of my bike, but I was charged 116 dollars for a chain and derailleur which I was told before was 50 dollars (they added the chain on and said that it needed it before I agreed so I was forced to pay that price which I know it didn't because my chain wasn't in bad condition) and then we get to the issue of my tire. They are a bike shop, yet they don't carry 26×1.75-1.95 tubes. And they wanted to charge me 70 DOLLARS to take a tire off, a fix I could do at home for way less. (They told me it... read more
I had such a great time with my family of four renting bikes from the spot. My daughter is 8, they had several options to accommodate her and also kids even smaller than her. My 11-year-old son was able to rent a bike and ride it all by himself. We cruised up and down the river, hit a few restaurants as recommended by the staff at let's roll!
Awesome experience with e-bike rentals. We really liked these bikes compared to others we’ve rented. Online reservation was a breeze. Pick up was a quick yet welcoming and friendly experience and we were on our way. Rode about 25 joyfilled miles on the river trail. Eco & highest gear setting is a boost and still gets the ticket pumping. And, we loved meeting Jack! Thank you Let’s Roll! We’ll be back!
Great experience with the family. Rented 4 e-bikes for a afternoon trail ride.
