You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle problems. I had one minor hiccup with a missing label on a box, and instead of brushing it off, the team went out of their way to track it down and make it right. That told me everything I needed to know. The move itself? Smooth. Fast. Professional. I was moving across states with a lot of breakable stuff—ceramics, glass, even a piano—and it all arrived in one piece.
