I hired them for an interstate move. My items were picked up at the end of June. It is now almost the end of October and I still do not have my stuff. I have repeatedly contacted them for information on where my items were and when I would actually get them. I was repeatedly told it was going to just be a couple of days. You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle problems. I had one minor hiccup with a missing label on a box, and instead of brushing it off, the team went out of their way to track it down and make it right. That told me everything I needed to know. The move itself? Smooth. Fast. Professional. I was moving across states with a lot of breakable stuff—ceramics, glass, even a piano—and it all arrived in one piece. I’ve never felt this taken care of by a moving company before. They really live up to the name.

I was full-on dreading this move. I had never done a long-distance move solo before, and I was panicking a little. But the team at Let’s Move It Right were so calm and reassuring that I actually started to feel like, “Wait… this might not be so bad. And I was right. They wrapped every piece of furniture like pros, labeled all the boxes, and treated my apartment like it was their own home. No scrapes, no mess, no headaches. Everything made it to the new place in perfect shape. I’m beyond grateful.
