Left a 71 year old woman where place and started yelling at her pickup was at 11:15am drop off at 11:25 am at porcupine mall for hair appointment for 11:30am, didn't show at her home till 11:30 am (August 5 2020)

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa told ya done with in a year.... just another failed business for you RICK..... managerial skills you require....now it's Let's Go Home taxi 😁😁 My bad should have also said your concept was great... great service for people with mobility issues no questions asked, our city requires and deserves such a service....but back to my original comment....NOT BY YOU!! Nick, Rick, and Chris were all fantastic when I was in Timmins in August. Their customer service was beyond exceptional! Due to a scheduling issue on my end, I ended up using the other taxi in town once and it was HORRIBLE. Let's Go are the only drivers I will use from now on!
