Movers were 2 hours late. Did not know how to diassemble basic furniture. We missed my elevator window and I had to request for extra time. They broke a wheel on my bed drawer and also left with all of the screws for my bed by mistake. To top it off, they couldn't give me the screws back so I had to go pick it up.
I feel scammed by Let’s Get Moving. My move resulted in damages for 4 pieces of furniture moved, 4.5 hours charged (almost $700) for a move that was 8 minutes drive away, and I was warned not to write a bad review. That must be why there are only good reviews online. Their “investigation” of my claim for damages concluded that $80 was reasonable compensation. Karma will find them. Your choice to put your trust in them.
Karanveer and prem did such and amazing job and made it so smooth for our family. Much recommended let’s get moving.
Excellent service ! Arsh and saurav were excellent in communication and handle everything with care.
These guys really helped me out moving my things even when it was freezing rain outside. Karan and Jaspreet were really helpful. Would highly recommend this company.
