My move was in April 2024, and they still haven't corrected the faults, see recent reviews. They are not movers, its a scam! They take advantage of new immigrant workers, underpaid and not trained, not safe. The local franchise has no infrastrucrure. No store front or vehicles, its a guy running a scam out of his house renting uhauls. The only good reviews are ones faked by employees probably pressured to do so. So my mistake was hiring them. Extremely disappointed with this company. I booked a move for Wednesday, July 2nd between 7:30–8:30 AM and received multiple confirmation emails prior to the moving day. On the day of the move, no one showed up. After making several calls, I was told the Regina location was closed — with no advance notice, no estimated reopening time, and no follow-up whatsoever. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They do not show up on time, they are sexist and disrespectful to women and they ruined our walls with their haphazard shoving of furniture against the walls. They refused to have the damage paid for. They had ZERO equipment, did not wrap our leather furniture as promised, did not bring themselves water on a hot day, refused to speak to women, completely untrained (the little guy kept falling because he could not hold the heavy furniture). During the move, my new apartment staircase walls were scraped badly. 2 inch gashes. Similarly, scraped door frame. The desk they were moving also had metal support beams fall out when they briefly dragged it on the ground to which they did not offer repairs. The main issue was the walls, which the mover informed me is "reasonable" and "happens all the time."
