If I could give zero stars, that’s what this company deserves. First of all, they are not a Peterborough company, like they claim to be. They arrived 45 minutes late. They charge you by the hour and move so slowly. My three bedroom home which only had one bedroom set, took almost 5 hours to pack.  They scratched my handrail., scuffed the walls, then scratch the hardwood flooring and tried  to pull off that it was already there. Do NOT hire Let’s Get Moving unless you get a firm final price! I received an estimate and they billed me $1400 more and wouldn’t finish unloading my things from the truck until I paid the insanely inflated price. Tried to resolve 3x and no resolution provided. Completely took advantage and NOT a trustworthy company.

DO NOT BOOK WITH LETS GET MOVING.  They damage walls, will use your bathroom and leave urine all over your freshly cleaned toilet. They have attitude over the phone and will even argue with you about the awful service these people offer, vouching and justifying the poor skills of getting furniture out of an apartment saying “the apartment is small” but clearly not as small as their dignity. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others after an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Let’s Get Moving. I was promised two efficient, professional movers for a simple one-bedroom condo move just 23 minutes away. I specifically told the sales representative that I preferred flat-rate pricing to avoid surprises. If I could give 0 stars, I would! The woman that runs this location is a nasty, mean person. I've been going to the business in this building, Miami Tan, for many years. She moves in last year and destroys clients once loved experience with Miami Tan. (on the outside that is) She has screamed at people not to park in certain spots because she "thinks" the parking spots belong to her! Hired let's get moving to pack our U-Haul truck and sea can for our move. Everything seemed to be going good until the end when the lead mover came over and told us "there's going to be damages, be prepared" we went and took a look and it was honestly mind boggling how badly packed things were!
