TERRIBLE - every time a care manager quits we aren’t informed - emails just start to go unanswered and then we have to guess that they’ve quit and have to ring up. Then each time a new care manager eventually gets assigned, all documentation has to be re-sent to them because nothing is supposedly on ‘profile’ - it is FRUSTRATING! Furthermore there have been many instances when they’ve charged our account with another client’s service/product who had a similar but different name! Do not recommend
