As a supplier they are a horrible company to work with - we have been in review with management for almost 2 weeks and still no update, everytime i call employees aren’t helpful and don’t provide satisfaction to customers. You are on hold for a minimum for 30mins-1hr just for them to tell you they aren’t able to do anything.

If you are a carer or support worker, be prepared to wait months for payment. This company should not be operating and need to be investigated. Avoid!
What a disgrace!! When you submit invoices via another platform, such as Mable, because the client is self-managed by family members, this company holds off paying those invoices for WEEKS!!! Yet, they still pay themselves their fees, which is much more than the $20, $40, $60 or $80 they owe us carers......the people that actually do the hard yards.
