I purchased a virtual gift card for my friend’s 30th birthday in December. My friend scheduled with the owner but then was cancelled on. The owner said her license wasn’t valid and had to cancel but said she was taking care of it. My friend later tried to reschedule with the owner many times and was left on read. She seems to be a scammer. I’m trying to make an appointment and she said she’s moving her place of busines. I want to get my money back and she had not given it back. I will escalate this. Do not do business with her. It seems others have had this issue.
The most unprofessional person I have encountered with in a very long time who owns a business. Shannon cancelled my initial appointment due to “family issues”and promised to “make it right”. I was more than understanding and we rescheduled for a different day. I arrived 15 minutes early and texted that I was in the waiting area only to get no response. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. I had a facial appointment booked with Shannon and it was repeatedly canceled at the last minute with little to no notice. Text messages often went unanswered or were returned long after I had already needed a response.
