I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. Text messages often went unanswered or were returned long after I had already needed a response. Very unprofessional! She didn’t respond to a phone call, so I texted her. She took a long time to respond. After trying several different times we finally set an appointment and she canceled an hour before the appointment wanting to reschedule for next day. We’re not local, so we wasted a whole day of vacation waiting for her to cancel. Nope, she lost our business. Disappointing.
