I had a wonderful facial and my skin looked better! The esthetician was gentle, knowledgeable, and really listened to my concerns. The treatment left my skin glowing, smooth, and deeply hydrated. It was relaxing and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!

I purchased a virtual gift card for my friend’s 30th birthday in December. My friend scheduled with the owner but then was cancelled on. The owner said her license wasn’t valid and had to cancel but said she was taking care of it. My friend later tried to reschedule with the owner many times and was left on read. She reached out for a refund for me once she moved from Florida a few weeks ago and the owner promised to refund me and didn’t. I had to submit a claim through my bank and it was just denied- why? She seems to be a scammer. I’m trying to make an appointment and she said she’s moving her place of busines. I want to get my money back and she had not given it back. I will escalate this. Do not do business with her. It seems others have had this issue.
The most unprofessional person I have encountered with in a very long time who owns a business. Shannon cancelled my initial appointment due to “family issues”and promised to “make it right”. I was more than understanding and we rescheduled for a different day. I arrived 15 minutes early and texted that I was in the waiting area only to get no response.
