They represented to us that they’re experts in the state, specifically in the home care and home health space, but when we asked about the processes associated with licensure, they chose to selectively provide information in a drip fed manner to increase legal fees to their office. When questioned about this, their main principal attorney John Letizia will lash out at you instead of giving you answers to valid questions.
