Sonia's Zumba classes are loaded with fun and energy !!! I love the saturday morning classes. She is truly awesome :) Summer is on the way I am sure we are going to love outdoor classes. I highly recommend join her classesÂ
Sonia’s zumba classes are awesome. Saturday mornings in Royal Oak always have a great crowd and atmosphere. It’s a great workout and Sonia is easy to follow. Due to COVID classes that I’ve been to were outside weather permitting. Fresh air, music and dance. Heaven! There are mid week classes too at YMCA Ellerslie.Â
Great fun class! Super energetic instructor, great tracks and great atmosphere every time!Â
Sonia's Zumba classes are so fun! She's encouraging and makes the classes feel like a real community. Def recommend checking out her classes if you have the opportunity!Â
