Landed in BWI and needed a ride to Annapolis. Was lost in the airport and LG came and asked if I needed help. Told him I was trying to get a ride to Annapolis and he offered to give me and my coworker a ride. LG is great. We had a great conversation in the car and got us to where we needed safely. Fantastic communication and payment is extremely easy. Car was clean and warm the moment we got inside. 10/10 would highly recommend.
I am a bit late on leaving this review, but I still thought it was important to share. I had an excellent experience using this service. It definitely wasn't planned - a horrible flight from DEN to BWI, being stuck on the tarmack for over an hour after landing due to the jetway being broken (go figure)....and to top it off, the airline broke my luggage.
