Bharat and Ahmad did an excellent job of helping me move. They were very careful with the furniture . The helped put away furniture in a storage by optimizing the space.
We had a very poor experience with Let’s Get Moving. Despite providing a detailed list of all our items in advance, we ended up being charged more than double the original quote. The movers were also rough with our boxes, and a few items were clearly mishandled. Since the move, I’ve been trying to reach customer service to resolve the issue—I was promised a call back but never received one. Bzhar and Ahmad Boora were exceptional in their care and efficiency as they moved our 3 storey townhouse. It was so nice to work with such professional and courteous movers. They receive our absolutely highest recommendation, and our thanks. A word of thanks to their Let’s Go Moving company as well. At every step of the way they’ve been so helpful and arranged a tremendous value for us with moving and storage together at a price I don’t think anyone else can come close to (and I looked around). Great job all around!
We had a team of three members. Bob was excellent , professional and skilled. However, one of the other team members was on his phone constantly, distracted, and not focused on the job.( I dont remember his name, not the driver) They damaged my plants and, instead of informing me, placed the ruined one next to a healthy one so I didn’t notice until after they had left.
