This was not a minor service issue — it was a serious failure in the care and safety of a vulnerable elderly person. My aunt, who is cognitively impaired and unable to advocate for herself, was transported to an urgent care facility by this service. Due to a scheduling miscommunication, I arrived only a few minutes after she did. Had to use this when my car was out of commission and I had to get to work. Very handy getting from Rice-Blakley Park to Walmart. Nice clean bus. It would be handy if there was a bus shelter at this park in order to sit down like at the Wamart one. And a Saturday schedule would be nice.
The bus drivers are awesome and always on time. The bus was very clean.
