I made a mistake and ordered a super spool not knowing it wasn’t for the pot haler and Lester and his wife were great through the return process making sure I got refunded and sent the right equipment and even walked me through assembly. Used the pot hauler a few times now to haul fish and lobster pots and it works great.
Top-notch customer service, amazing people to work with fantastic products run. Don't walk and don't get any of the cheap stuff at Walmart.

Don’t believe any of the negative reviews. I have been using these traps for years and they have taken a beating and then when I want a modification or improvement they are willing and open to R&D. Absolutely love the owners too. Very dedicated, knowledgeable and most importantly honest.
