After we had water back up in two of our bathrooms I gave Lesser and Co a call ahead of our insurance adjuster arriving. Zack was extremely personable and professional and helped me interpret my policy, understand the details of my loss, and gain the maximum benefit I was entitled to. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.
I worked with Zack on a flood loss. Aside from being extremely responsive and professional, he ended up getting me far more than initially offered for repairs. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Only use someone else if you’re comfortable not getting the best result!
I used them for a flood in my apartment around 2003. They stunk. They negotiated 40% less than I ended up getting by bypassing their poor representation. I was just talking to a friend about the experience. This was before we could leave reviews so I thought I owed it to others to warn them.
