the harpies at reception are unbelievable - they shout at and humiliate patients, are cold and unsympathetic. why they're allowed to work with the public is beyond me. patients who come here are already in pain - why add to it with nasty service? i gave one star only because the site won't allow me to leave none.
Reception staff are the most rude, condescending and unknowledgeable I have ever dealt with in any healthcare facility. I can’t imagine worse representation for the physicians who work out of this clinic. I decided to see my physician and book subsequent treatments elsewhere. In these clinics therapists typically rely on in-house doctors for referrals. If you are a therapist at this clinic and/or the ownership be aware that the extreme lack of professionalism at reception is hurting your bottom line.
It is a shame that this place is reflected by the front desk staff. I wish they would read their reviews and listen to everyone; they come off as extremely rude and they speak very loudly about other patients’ confidential medical information. They are unprofessional and seem to make everyone uncomfortable. I have heard them swear and make fun of people who call in when they hang up the phone. Do not work a reception job if you do not like or want to help people. It is as simple as that.
