I had never been to L'Espirit Day Spa before and had no idea what to exspect. The moment I walked through the door I had a good feeling I had made a good choice. The lobby had a warm inviting atmosphere. Although Orlando is very busy, the minute you walk through their door it's as though everything is moving at a slower relaxing pace.
