I had never been to L'Espirit Day Spa before and had no idea what to exspect. The moment I walked through the door I had a good feeling I had made a good choice.
The lobby had a warm inviting atmosphere. Although Orlando is very busy, the minute you walk through their door it's as though everything is moving at a slower relaxing pace.
I was greeted immediatley by Luz who gave me my paper work to fill out (nice and short). As soon as I was finished Kim came out to greet me. She then took me upstairs which was very secluded and tranquil.
One of the things I really liked about L'Espirit was it was very personal. You didn't have to go to a locker room. You went directly to the room you were having your massage in. You kept your personal belonging in the room with you. You were given your instructions to prepare you for your massage and they were waiting for you to let them know when you were ready.
I had a wonderful salt scrub. After the salt scrub I showered in the same room. Kim, again directed me to let her know when I was ready. Following my salt scrub I had a Sweedish Massage with hot stones. The hot stones were an addition, I was glad I made. The hot stones bring you to a whole new level of relaxation.
After my massage I slipped into a comfy robe and slippers and went to the very next room to have a European facial. This was a great way to wrap up my visit.
Both my Massage Therapist, Kim and Esthetician, Luz were very friendly, accomidating, and accomplished.
I was beyond pleased with my visit and an added bonus the prices were reasonable.
If you want to pamper yourself or spoil a loved one I highly recommend LEsprit Day Spa.
Thank you for a wonderful experience. Amy
