I have reached out multiple times and Leslie does not return phone calls at all. I also tried reaching out to another loan officer but I was told Leslie's manager would have to approve that change. I haven't be able to get in touch with the manager either. This is so unprofessional. I don't recommend working with her.
Love working with Leslie! Her customer service and ability to walk you through the process has been like no other. Definitely call leslie if you are looking to buy a home, are a first time home buyer and are looking for pre-aporoval!

The most frustrating experience working with Citizens Bank Home Mortgages! No response from Leslie to calls and emails, and her manager doesn't returns calls either. ZERO communication! As a Citizens bank customer, I am beyond disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.
