Evergreen has been handling my home loan since I refinanced in 2020. They have been fine, as expected.. but I recently had some questions and decided to go into the mill plain location to speak to a human rather a bot. I was greeted with the best service. Front desk was attentive and knew exactly how to ditect my questions to the right people. Melissa handled my questions and issues without missing a step. Excellent, knowledgeable, and professional service. Highly recommend.
Communication was frequent and excellent. Paul and his team goes out of their way to make sure you understand everything needed to navigate such a complicated process. Having the online portal to upload and sign documents makes this process so much easier. I am so glad we used him and his team to take this next step in our life.
