Horrible experience, but only after the retainer was paid. They were fantastic at our first meeting but once the card was swiped I was ghosted. I had to follow up repeatedly on calls and emails that went unanswered, they cancelled multiple meetings with only a few hours notice, and the advice I was given was solely for their financial benefit, not mine or my children’s wellbeing. Leslie was an excellent lawyer who was able to understand my situation so much so that I felt like I had a friend backing me up every step of the way. My case was so bad that I actually had to hire her twice and both times she went above and beyond to work with us. Hopefully I never have to hire her again but I would be glad to.
