Order tsugo gazebo. Missing the roof top piece. Called daily to get Missing part, still no roof part. Also one of the roof panels has a hole in it. They refunded 10% for hole in roof panel. Still would like my Missing roof part. 5.15.26 They finally sent me my top of the gazebo and we are satisfied, thanks Dana.. It is a beautiful gazebo
Purchased this set and it came completely beat up/used. Sharp Nail heads sticking out; cut my finger while unboxing. Scratches all over the metal, and dirty/scratched up feet. They offered 20% refund but no response when I asked why they tried to pass this off on me. No offer for a new set. Company is shady at best. Proceed with caution.

When I received my large decorative urn it had a hole in it, at least the size of a quarter. In further inspection I found a long crack on the outside of it. Following the crack led to broken leaves as well. I paid $300.00 for that urn. I have sent multiple emails to Lesera and a lot with pictures. They keep telling me they didn’t get the pictures and to resend them and I did. I don’t believe the didn’t get those emails I think they are just blowing me off. I would not advise anyone to order from this online store.
i ordered mosaic bistro set for my back deck. my wife and i initially bought 1 and got so many compliments from friends we ordered 2 more. 1 of the tables arrived damaged but the customer service girl was so nice and sent us a replacement free of charge. we had a new one in a less then a week. nxt time we need anything for the yard we will shop here again. thanks
