When I received my large decorative urn it had a hole in it, at least the size of a quarter. In further inspection I found a long crack on the outside of it. Following the crack led to broken leaves as well. I paid $300.00 for that urn. I have sent multiple emails to Lesera and a lot with pictures. They keep telling me they didn’t get the pictures and to resend them and I did. I don’t believe the didn’t get those emails I think they are just blowing me off. I would not advise anyone to order from this online store.
i ordered mosaic bistro set for my back deck. my wife and i initially bought 1 and got so many compliments from friends we ordered 2 more. 1 of the tables arrived damaged but the customer service girl was so nice and sent us a replacement free of charge. we had a new one in a less then a week. nxt time we need anything for the yard we will shop here again. thanks

Ordered a couple birdhouses and the large rockin solar owl. Has done a great job at keeping rabbits and mice out of my garden and looks pretty cool. Several neighbors have asked where I got it. Couldn't help myself and went back and bought a Christmas Truck- cant wait to use it this Christmas. my wife already has a buncha nutcrackers (and she wants the lifesize sleigh) and a mailbox picked out too so we will be reordering for sure. arrived quick and they gave me a discount code too. five stars
