Worst CPA firm I have dealt with. My wife spoke with him around 12:15 PM and he told her our returns would be done in 2 hours. She was one speaker phone with him which I was a witness to. It is now 10:30 PM, and in my math, it is well past 2 hours. BTW - this has been his excuse for the last 3 years. Additionally, he truly messed up on our returns last year and failed to send us a bill for this mess. A year later, he sent us a bill for his services. Have known Jay for 20 years. He is a good guy that gives honest advice and does what he says. What I like most is if he can not get to your taxes until July, he tells you that rather than promise April 15th then keep making excuses.
