I bring my knives to be sharpened. They do a fabulous job. You have to drop off your knife. You are notified when your knife is ready. Turnaround time varies. It is worth the wait.
Saw one of their vehicles fail to signal a turn while completely rolling a stop sign at a pretty decent speed. They also didn't adjust their speed for a 40km/hr road (technically it's a school zone/community safety zone) and completely pulled away from me as I adjusted my speed. When I got back to 50km when the zone allowed they were still blitzing off down the street. This disregard for road safety in a company vehicle is mind boggling. License plate started with BL-82039 I believe.
Stopped in today not realizing they were closed. Owner was there and let us grab the few things we needed. I felt bad that we were disturbing him but he was so awesome and friendly. It's my favourite kitchen store and has the best stuff.
