They treat their long time members terribly! My grandmother who has a loan already, wanted to renew her loan and add 2000 on to it. They told her no they could not. Made no sense as her loan balance was at a 5500 to be paid down. Mind you this is for medical treatment. The loan officer was RUDE RUDE. They didnt even run her credit at all or check into her finances because we accessed her credit report and NOTHING! These people are very helpful and friendly and professional. They are great with their people. Go try them.
Closed on weekends and holidays that no one else is closed for. Its very disappointing! 🤨 this is the bank the phrase bankers hours came from! But other than that I would not bank anywhere else! Very happy with lesco credit union!
I won't recommend,I called left 2 messages on 2 different days, and I never received any response.I'm not sure if they go by appointments or what,I'm pretty sure they're not monumentally busy from the second they open til they close to return a phone call. 🤔
